We have a solution for our clients that has season products too! Thanks to our solution, it is possible to take out products from your monitoring list if that product goes out of season for a certain timeframe.
How can I deal with seasonal products?
How can I take out the seasonal products?
1. Click on 'Products' and then 'Monitored products' on the upper navigation bar
2. Click on the three dots placed on the right end of the product card
3. Click on 'Deactivate this product' if you wish to take this product out from the list of products that you need to monitor
4. The system will check if you want to take this product out from your monitor list with a popup message, once approved, this item will be taken out.
How can I reactivate the seasonal products?
1. If you would like to put the product back on to your monitoring list, click on 'Products' on the upper navigation bar and then on the 'Monitored products' button.
2. Click on 'Inactive products'
3. On this page you will find all the deactivated products.
4. Clickin on 'Activate this product' you can put this product back on your monitoring list or delete it permanently.
