If there is an incorrect product matching you can indicate it easily for us so we can fix it quickly.
How can I indicate if the product matching is incorrect?
1. Click on 'Products' on the upper navigation bar and choose 'Monitored products'
2. Click on the product and then on 'Detailed information', here you will see all the competitor products.
3. If you need to check these products click on the three dots on the product card
4. You can check the original URL by clicking on 'Show product'
5. If the URL is incorrect click on 'Product URL recommendation', please fill the form with the correct data and we will fix it.
Important: once you have filled the form with the correct URL, we will check it and then fix it on your account in a day
