Now in its 27th year, the family business specializes in the sale of steel products, technical tools, and ornamental ironmaking components, with 8 sites and more than 170 employees.

Since the foundation of their company, they have been constantly expanding their stock, both in terms of range and quantity. They have a permanent stock of 3000-4000 tons.

PRODUCTS:

• products are divided into two groups for pricing: those that are listed on Árukereső (Hungarian price comparison page) and those that are not

• for products not included in Árukereső, there is not as much price volatility and price competition as for other products, and due to their market position they can set commercial prices even at the national level

• for products included in Árukereső,  they have no impact on commercial prices, where price competition is much higher

CHALLENGES:

• previously, each machine group was priced manually, one by one, with corner numbers around Makita machine 1100pcs, Metabo machine 960pcs, DeWalt machine 600pcs, Hikoki machine 600pcs

• that's a lot of products to be able to manually get up-to-date prices to participate in the market

• dealers are under huge turnover pressure, they have to work with very low margins

• serious traders who have stayed in the market are very combative, they will do anything to achieve their goal, sales, and good rotation rate
